Teaching Philosophy

Mrs. Weber’s philosophy of education is that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating learning environment. She aims to provide an environment that is safe, supportive of risk taking, and invites the sharing of ideas. It is her desire to help her students meet their fullest potential.
